2023-24 marked another step in strengthening women-led collective enterprises through the Women’s Enterprise Support System (WESS). As cooperatives navigated changing market conditions, digital transitions, climate challenges, and evolving aspirations of younger generations, SEWA Cooperative Federation continued to provide tailored support across business development, capacity-building, governance, financial management, communications, and advocacy. The experiences and learnings captured in this report reflect the resilience of informal women workers and the collective strength that enables enterprises to grow, adapt, and create sustainable livelihoods.
